What it is
A private office at The Worklane is an enclosed, lockable room off the main floor, with desks and ergonomic chairs already in it, priced per seat so what you pay tracks the size of your team rather than a square-footage guess.
The comparison worth making is not against another coworking space; it is against taking a commercial floor of your own. That route means a deposit, a fit-out, an internet contract, a guard, a cleaner and a year of rent before anyone sits down. Here you sign for a month.
You also get two hours of the meeting room every day at no charge, which for most teams covers the stand-up and one client call without ever reaching for the card. Further hours are PKR 2,000, the same rate everyone else pays.
A door that closes
Confidential calls, a whiteboard nobody wipes and equipment you can leave out overnight. These are the things that quietly stop working once a team outgrows open seating.

How is a private office priced?
Per seat, per month. A team of four pays for four seats, which keeps the cost tied to your headcount instead of to the size of the room.
How many people fit in an office?
We have several rooms of different sizes. Tell us your team size on 0327-4911149 and we will show you the ones that fit. It is a five-minute conversation and best had in person.
Is the meeting room really included?
Two hours a day at no charge, yes. Beyond that it is PKR 2,000 an hour, the standard rate. The room seats up to eight.
What is the minimum commitment?
A month. There is no multi-year lease and no fit-out spend.
Can we see it first?
